The story is taking place a few years after The haunting of Molly Hartley, in 2008. She is now an adult and under the possession of the devil himself and she is suspected of murder. The priest, John Barrow (Devon Sawa) in an exorcism during which the mother and child possessed, and another priest died, finds himself locked into a mental catholic hospital with Molly (Sarah Lind).John is a defrocked priest since the murderous exorcism but he is going to help the young woman.
L’histoire se situe quelques années après la possession de Molly Hartley, en 2008. Elle est devenue une adulte et se retrouve possédée par le diable lui-même. Un prêtre, John Barrow (Devon Sawa) à la suite d’un exorcisme pendant lequel la possédée, enceinte et un autre prêtre sont morts, se retrouve enfermé dans un hôpital psychiatrique catholique avec Molly (Sarah Lind). John n’est plus prêtre depuis l’exorcisme meurtrier mais il va vouloir aider la jeune femme.
