In the 70s, CIA and its MK-Ultra project wanted to manipulate people by injecting them chemical substances. In the beginning of the movie stock footage are used as well as the excuses of President Bill Clinton, to prove the excistence of the government experiment. Nowadays, Anna (Katia Winter), a reporter, James (Michael McMillian) best friend who disappeared after having swallowed dimethyltryptamine-19 ( DMT-19), investigates about MK-Ultra. She’s going to find a phantom radio station and a monstrous form appears from darkness.
