En 1127, des croisés anglais cache un rubis datant de l’Egypte antique dans la tombe d’un de leur camarade. De nos jours, les travaux d’un chantier ferroviaire à Londres, met à jour les dernières demeures des croisés.

In 1127 A.D, English crusaders knights capture a ruby from ancient Egypt in the grave of one of crusaders. In present-day London a crossrail construction crew, discovers the knights tomb.

En Irak, Nick Morton (Tom Cruise), élite de l’armée américaine et voleur d’antiquités découvre le sarcophage de la princesse Ahmanet qui a vendu son âme au dieu Seth. L’archéolologue  Jenny Halsey (Annabelle Wallis) détermine que la tombe de la princesse est en réalité une réalité une prison remplie de plomb.

In Iraq, Nick Morton (Tom Cruise), Americansoldier of fortune accidently discovers the tomb of princess Ahmanet which sold her soul to the god Seth. The archeolologist Jenny Halsey (Annabelle Wallis) investigates the tomb  and concludes that in  reality it is a  prison filled with lead.

Les six membre de la station spatiale internationale interceptent une sonde venant de mars et contenant des échantillons de sol qui pourraient contenir des signes de vie extraterrestre. L’exobiologiste Hugh Derry  (Ariyor Bakare) alimente une cellule dormante avec des protéines et l’échantillon se développe rapidement. Ils l’appellent, Calvin.

The six-member  International Space Station crew intercept a probe returning from Mars and containing evidence in the of extraterrestrial life.  Exobiologist Hugh Derry (Ariyor Bakare) revives a dormant cell with proteins from the sample and it quickly grows. They called him Calvin.

Après un accident dans le labo, l’organisme appelé, Calvin par les enfants d’une classe scolaire américaine, dévore un rat de laboratoire, grandit et devient très agressif pour survivre. L’équipage tente de l’éliminer, mais les uns après les autres, ils vont être contaminés.

After an atmospheric accident in the lab,  Calvin, named by a school children  devours a lab rat, grows in size and becomes hostile to survive. The crew tries to kill it, but one by one, they are going to be contaminated.

Tommy Tilden (Brian Cox) et son fils Austin (Emile Hirsch) sont médecins-légistes. La police leur amène le corps intacte d’une jeune femme retrouvée dans le sous-sol d’une maison, enterrée dans la tourbe. Les habitants de cette demeure sont tous morts.

Tommy Tilden (Brian Cox) and his son (Emile Hirsch) are coroners in a small town. The police brings them the intact body  of a young woman found in the basement of a house, buried in the peat. The inhabitants of this house all died.

Au cours de la nuit et de l’autopsie, les Tilden vont découvrir des choses étranges et inquiétantes à l’intérieur du corps de Jane Doe (aux Etats-Unis un corps non identifié féminin est appelé par ce nom). Puis, c’est dans la morgue et dans la maison que les évènements deviennent malsains.

During the night and  the examination, Tilden are going to discover strange and mysterious things inside Jane Doe’s body (in the United States if a female body is not identified they called it by this name). Then,  in the examination room and in the house  events become unhealthy.
